The Role The Senior Global Benefits Specialist owns the administration, accuracy, and employee experience of Plexus' global benefits programs, with primary responsibility for U.S. benefits and support for Canada, Australia, and Mexico as needed. This role serves as the operational expert for Open Enrollment , qualifying life events , leave administration , workers' compensation , benefits billing , payroll deductions , Benefits Hub in UKG , and recurring audits . Success requires exceptional attention to detail , advanced Excel skills , strong process discipline , and the ability to proactively identify issues, recommend solutions, and continuously improve how benefits are delivered.…
