The Role The Director, Sales – Mexico, is responsible for developing and executing the market sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen Brand Ambassador engagement, and build a sustainable leadership pipeline across Mexico. This role leads a team of Field Development Specialists while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Compliance, and Customer Experience to deliver a consistent, localized field experience that drives enrollments, retention, activation, and rank advancement.
