Supervisor, Transportation Status : Exempt (salaried) Department : Logistics Position Summary The Supervisor, Transportation leads the driver workforce responsible for hauling compressed gas and liquid hydrogen to industrial gas and cryogenic customers. This role is accountable for driver management, accountability, and safety, including hiring, scheduling coverage, coaching, compliance oversight, and upholding standards of professionalism and productivity across the team. In this role you will work closely with the Distribution Planning team which owns day-to-day route and load assignment, dispatch decisions, and real-time schedule adjustments.
