About this role

This position is responsible for collecting and documenting facility asset data, evaluating building conditions, assessing remaining service life, and supporting long-term capital planning efforts. The ideal candidate possesses strong construction management, engineering, architecture, or facilities experience and can identify building systems both visible and concealed within existing structures. This role requires frequent site visits, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and the use of mobile technology to collect and maintain facility data.
