Position Summary
The Progress & EVM Lead serves as the technical lead for scheduling, progress measurement, and Earned Value Management (EVM) across large-scale capital projects and mega-project programs. This role is responsible for overseeing schedule integrity, validating contractor-reported physical progress, and supporting data-driven project delivery through forecasting, trend analysis, schedule forensics, and performance reporting.
Working closely with project leadership, EPC contractors, and cross-functional teams, the Progress & EVM Lead supports the development and maintenance of resource-loaded schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), progress measurement systems, and project controls baselines aligned with EVM and Critical Path Methodology (CPM) principles.…
