Position Summary
The Project Controls Manager provides leadership and oversight for integrated project controls execution across large-scale capital programs and mega-project environments. This role is responsible for managing cost controls, scheduling, forecasting, Earned Value Management (EVM), risk analysis, change management, and performance reporting to support consistent, data-driven project delivery.
Working closely with project leadership, EPC contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Project Controls Manager establishes and maintains project controls standards, governance procedures, performance baselines, and reporting frameworks aligned with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and EVM principles.…
