A Career With Point72’s Operations Team Point72’s Operations team supports all operational aspects of trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting firmwide for all products, including equities, derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange and futures, and digital assets across global markets. What you’ll do Elicit, document, and maintain clear business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Author high‑quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Translate operational needs into actionable requirements for technology and engineering teams.
