About this role

Twój zakres obowiązków: Rozwój, konfiguracja, utrzymanie i optymalizacja systemów HR, w szczególności Workday i Absorb LMS. Analiza potrzeb biznesowych oraz przekładanie ich na rozwiązania systemowe wspierające procesy HR. Projektowanie, testowanie i wdrażanie nowych funkcjonalności oraz zmian systemowych. Współpraca z zespołami HR, IT, dostawcami oraz innymi interesariuszami w zakresie rozwoju i utrzymania systemów. Monitorowanie efektywności działania systemów oraz identyfikowanie możliwości automatyzacji i cyfryzacji procesów HR. Zarządzanie integracjami pomiędzy systemami HR oraz koordynowanie działań związanych z usuwaniem błędów i usprawnianiem rozwiązań. Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości, spójności i kompletności danych w systemach HR.…
