DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sustain current processes to achieve greater line and parametric yields. Monitor current processes to ensure process complies with necessary parameters and provides a base line for any necessary process enhancements. Develop and transfer new processes to production. Provide pre-process troubleshooting, analysis of outcomes and feasibility of process. Ensure process meets design criteria. Write programs to test, monitor or process wafer. Monitor results of tests. Analyze visual and physical test data to determine disposition of a run, make adjustments as needed. Responsible for equipment maintenance, selection, qualification, and characterization, to ensure maximum operation.…
