Support manufacturing teams with equipment qualification and new tool startups. Be responsive to out of control events and react quickly with process groups. Assist in the development of key technologies. Support projects to drive continuous improvement in yield, operational efficiency, and cost. Facilitate training for technicians and production specialists. Analyze failed runs to identify the source of process errors and recommend process changes.
