Shift: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4pm) Job Description – Rebuild Services PM Rebuild Technician As a PM Rebuild Technician at Polar Semiconductor in Bloomington, MN, you are responsible for rebuilding components and conducting preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment to the highest quality following documented procedures and checklists. This includes improving the rebuild processes and PM tasks in the assigned area, while working in partnership with the Maintenance team members and area Equipment Engineers. PM Rebuild Technicians monitor PM schedules to ensure rebuild components are staged for upcoming PMs, track rebuild quality and failure rates, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to repair damaged rebuild components and complete functional tests.…
