Job Description: POLITICO is seeking an ambitious, experienced editor to help lead coverage of the technology industry’s increasingly consequential role in Washington. This editor will work with a team of enterprising reporters covering the intersection of technology, Congress and federal policy. The editor will help set the agenda for coverage of the biggest political and policy fights shaping the technology industry — from artificial intelligence and antitrust to data privacy, cryptocurrency, telecommunications, broadband and the growing influence of technology companies in Washington. The ideal candidate will be a sharp, deeply sourced editor with excellent news judgment and a sophisticated understanding of both technology and Washington politics.…
