About this role
Läpimurtosäätiö ( lapimurtosaatio.fi ) auttaa lapsia ja nuoria harrastamaan perheen varallisuudesta tai taustasta riippumatta ja tukee lupaavia nuoria urheilijoita kansainväliseen läpimurtoon. Vuonna 2022 perustetun säätiön pääoma on kasvanut 3 miljoonasta noin 20 miljoonaan euroon, ja seuraava tavoite on 30 miljoonaa euroa – ja siitä eteenpäin. Pysyvä pääoma tuottaa tukea vuodesta toiseen: tavoitetasolla apurahoja voidaan jakaa noin 1,5 miljoonaa euroa vuodessa. Mukana on jo nyt yli 20 yrityskumppania ja kasvava joukko lahjoittajia. Perusta on rakennettu, ja on aika siirtyä uuteen vaiheeseen. Läpimurrot tarvitsevat taakseen yhteisön ja yhteisö tarvitsee vetäjän.…
