About this role

The Finance Renewals Specialist plays a key role in retaining customers by providing tailored finance solutions and guiding them seamlessly into their next vehicle or finance agreement. Working closely with the sales team, they maximise renewal opportunities, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve Centre and Company objectives. Responsibilities: Drive customer retention by proactively managing finance and lease renewal opportunities. Contact customers approaching the end of their finance agreements to discuss next-step options. Work closely with the General Sales Manager to deliver finance renewal targets and objectives. Partner with Retail Transaction Managers to create competitive and tailored renewal solutions.…
