Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The 2nd Shift Production Manager is responsible for overseeing production on the second shift. Working closely with plant management, this role ensures all quality aspects of commissary operations, including HACCP procedures and certifications, consistently meets company standards as well as local, state, and federal safety and sanitation requirements for food production. The Production Manager is accountable for ensuring that production, storage, inventory management, and distribution processes are conducted with integrity and strict adherence to company policies.
