Job Description: The Crew Chief, Portillo's Food Service is responsible for assisting with plant operations by leading and directing the production crew in the day-to-day activities. The Crew Chief, Portillo's Food Service also ensures a safe/food safe environment, leads sanitation of equipment, assists with inventory management, completes production paperwork/transactions, and performs required quality inspections.
