Du stellst die termingerechte Ausführung und lückenlose Dokumentatio n von Einsätzen sicher Du kontrollierst Servicetätigkeiten inklusive Abrechnungen und Leistungsnachweisen. Du protokollierst Störungen und Vorfälle, analysierst Muster und trägst so zur Vermeidung wiederkehrender Fehler bei.
