About A Major International Bank in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a M&A Director in their HQ NYC office. M&A Product Team provides M&A advisory service, M&A financing to clients and participating M&A syndication. The Director’s responsibilities include serving as the in-house M&A expert in target identification, transaction design and advisory service to potential clients in particular buy-side clients; designing and implementing M&A financing primarily debt financing for the M&A transaction. Execute of the syndicated loan product with team members, including: (i) deal executes activity, (ii) preparation of the Confidential Information Memorandum and Lender Presentations, (iii) assisting in credit agreement negotiations.…
