General Summary : The Farm Maintenance Technician supports the mechanical and electrical maintenance needs of farm equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvement of equipment performance. The ideal candidate works with a strong commitment to safety & teamwork. This position reports to the Farm Manager and primarily works Monday through Friday on the day shift, with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.…
