About this role

About the Role- We are looking for an experienced Freelance Affiliate Manager to lead and grow the UK affiliate programmes for Tatcha and Murad. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to build high-performing affiliate programmes, develop strong publisher and creator relationships, and ultimately drive incremental affiliate revenue. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management and growth of the programmes, working closely with internal teams and external affiliate partners to identify opportunities, improve performance and deliver against commercial targets.
