Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree 2+ year experience in Auditing or in legal department involving legal processes or in US eviction Process 3+ years in operations-related roles involving non-voice processes Responsible for the eviction process, to include working with counsel/Nationwide to file evictions accurately and timely via various portals. Assist in review and audit of eviction filings and overall demand/eviction process to maintain accuracy. Monitor progress/ timeline of eviction completion & ensure compliance as per State statutes. Monitor & update Yardi and eviction portals with details as required Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to execute/resolve eviction related activities/issues on a daily basis.…
