ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Completes assigned quality assurance audit reviews timely per assignment and in line with SLA. • Works to identify key risks in the assigned area and escalates concerns to their supervisor. • Provide feedback to supervisor on success and failures identified during the Quality Assurance process. • Reports any training needs or opportunities to management. • Provide procedures and address issues that may hinder accuracy, timeliness and/or deadlines. • Ensure regulatory and operational compliance for loans reviewed. • Responsive to internal and external customer needs in a timely, accurate and professional manner.…
