About this role
We are looking for a hands-on Content Lead with a strong writing and editing background to build content production processes across teams and bring consistency to our brand communications. You’ll coordinate contributors, establish editorial standards, and create practical workflows from briefing to delivery. Alongside this, you’ll write and edit content yourself and use AI to improve production speed and quality. You’ll work with content contributors across the business to build AI-assisted workflows and shape how content is produced. As the function develops, there is room to build a dedicated team and grow into a Head of Content role with broader ownership.…
