Die ersten Gäste kommen zum Frühstück, an der Rezeption checkt bereits ein Geschäftsreisender aus und im Backoffice wartet die Übergabe vom Nachtdienst. Du verschaffst dir einen Überblick über die Belegung, begrüßt dein Team und klärst mit wenigen Handgriffen die wichtigsten Themen des Tages. Jeder Tag im Hotel ist anders. Genau das macht die Rolle als Assistant Hotel Manager (m/w/d) bei uns so spannend. Du bist nah am Gast, arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem General Manager dafür, dass unser Hotel rund läuft. Mal unterstützt du bei operativen Themen am Front Office, mal koordinierst du Abläufe zwischen den Abteilungen oder begleitest Mitarbeitende bei ihrer Entwicklung.…
