Im Restaurant sitzen Geschäftsreisende, die gleich zum ersten Termin aufbrechen. Das Service-Team räumt Tische ab, in der Küche werden frische Speisen nachgelegt und die ersten Wagen mit Geschirr kommen zurück. Während vorne der Tag für unsere Gäste gerade erst beginnt, läuft hinter den Kulissen bereits alles auf Hochtouren. Hier kommst Du ins Spiel.
