Payroll & HRIS Administrator

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HRIS Administrator to fully own and manage the end-to-end payroll and benefits administration for six locations across multiple states. This role requires an individual who takes complete responsibility for the payroll function – proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues independently. The Ideal candidate will ensure our hourly and salaried workforce is paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with manufacturing-specific labor regulations, such as shift differentials and overtime rules.
