About the role: As our supply network continues to scale, we’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to become the analytical backbone of the Supply Performance Management organization - the person who owns our single source of truth on supply performance and turns it into decisions. This is a broad, hands-on role sitting across three areas: supply and operations planning (S&OP), network performance and recovery, and quality. You will build and own the reporting and monitoring layer that all three rely on, and then use it to answer the questions that matter - where capacity is at risk, which partners are underperforming, and whether our plans are holding up against reality.
