Job Summary Plans, develops and organizes the activities of the clinical staff, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of quality health care. Accountabilities Assists physicians with examinations, procedures and other activities related to direct patient care. Fields and directs clinical telephone calls. - 15% Participates in the assessment of clinical staffing needs by maintaining a master work schedule, adjusting staffing levels and forecasting staffing needs. - 15% Develops and conducts orientation and in service training for clinical staff. - 10% Develops, implements and maintains emergency preparedness plan. - 10% Serves as chief liaison between the clinical staff and physicians.…
