The Registered Dietitian is responsible for providing nutrition care and education to patients and/or caregiver(s). Evaluates patients' nutritional status, develop and implement care plans, assess nutrient requirements, recommends nutrition prescriptions, evaluates patient tolerance and effectiveness, as well as communicates information to physicians and other health care professionals. The Dietitian/Nutrition Coach is also responsible for promoting, selling, and fulfilling services to assist Nutrition Solution’s and its customers in achieving their business and performance goals.…
