General Summary
The Producing Branch Manager ‘s primary job functions are to effectively recruit, coach, manage, and motivate a high-performance origination team and support staff while also developing personal production. The Branch Manager is also responsible for the day-to-day originations activities of their branch(s) and overall origination processes within defined targeted goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
The primary job duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Promote Envoy’s products to Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, other lead sources and all referral sources
Provide leadership for all branch employees by always adhering to the highest ethics, fair and equal treatment of all employees, business partners, and loan applicants.…
