About the Role. The Senior Claim Analyst, Litigation Specialist is a key member of the PURE Casualty Claims team reporting to the Casualty Litigation Manager. The Litigation Specialist may be based remotely out of their home, or in a regional PURE office. The primary goals of this position are to deliver flawless service to our members and broker partners, while handling a pending caseload of primarily third-party, litigated claims in full compliance with good faith claim handling standards and in accordance with PURE’s Best Claim Practices. What You’ll Do. Claims handling: Handle a target pending caseload of 125 – 150 litigated exposures, ranging in value of up to $750k. Manage incoming new loss volume, phone calls, emails, and system data in a timely manner.…
