About this role

Position: Benefit Verification Specialist Contract - Mental Health/Behavioral Health Location: Fully Remote MUST Live in Florida Schedule: Monday–Friday, Business Hours 8:30 AM - 5:00PM Essential Responsibilities Verify client insurance benefit information. Verify specific benefits and document plan details. Confirm client financial responsibilities, including deductibles and co-insurance. Communicate financial obligations with appropriate parties. Identify coverage restrictions and limitations. Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory requirements while protecting client privacy.
