About this role

Our client, in the healthcare sector, is looking for a Human Capital Coordinator. He/She will be asked to assist and collaborate with the Operations team and the pharmacies as per below: Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and HR data accuracy. Assist with performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual appraisals. Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations. Support employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives across pharmacies.…
