Director of Reliability & Facilities

POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Reliability & Facilities provides multi-site leadership for maintenance, asset reliability, facilities, utilities, and CMMS governance across the Henderson and Broomfield manufacturing operations. This role leads the Maintenance Managers and Facilities Manager, establishes common reliability standards, and develops and executes the strategy to transform maintenance into a best-in-class organization. The Director improves equipment availability and ensures building and utility systems support safe, compliant, and efficient operations .
