Director, Strategic Initiatives

We’re looking for a Director, Strategic Initiatives to join Procore’s Strategy organization. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted and strategic partner to the Chief Strategy Officer, driving high-impact strategic initiatives, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and managing key business priorities. Your primary goal will be ensuring cross-functional alignment and enabling operational excellence by anticipating needs, removing roadblocks, and translating strategic vision into concrete execution.
