About this role

We’re looking for a Facility Operations Specialist to join Procore’s Workplace & Office Operations team in Austin, TX. In this role, you’ll support our daily building maintenance, shipping logistics, and workplace infrastructure. Your primary goal is to ensure our physical office operates seamlessly while delivering a world-class environment for all employees, executives, and guests. As a Facility Operations Specialist , you’ll partner with IT, event teams, building management, and external vendors to troubleshoot maintenance requests and execute facility improvements.
