Job Description: Read this part first: This is a build-a-practice role, not a manage-what-exists one. Prodege is moving fast and changing fast, and we need a design leader who finds that energizing rather than exhausting. If you want an established design org with a mature system and a settled roadmap, this isn't your role, and that's okay.
