About this role

Job Summary: The Internal IT Support Engineer, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will be part of our IT team and provide day-to-day technical support to internal users while ensuring the smooth operation, availability, and security of the company's IT infrastructure. What You Will Do: The role is responsible for supporting end users, managing IT equipment, administering Microsoft environments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal IT services. Requirements Job Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to internal users.
