About this role

Job Summary: The Network Operations Engineer, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will be part of our Operation Center team. What You Will Do: The candidate will be responsible for providing proactive first fix and after-sales support to our customers. The candidate will be part of the first-line operation team and will comply with defined operational procedures. This role includes 24/7 shift coverage. Reporting to the Head of Client Operations. Requirements Job Responsibilities Monitor and proactively analyze network performance using advanced monitoring tools, ensuring uninterrupted service.
