About this role

Job Summary: The NOC Team Lead , based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will be responsible for guiding and supporting the daily operations of the Network Operations Center, leading a team of Level 1 Engineers. What You Will Do: The role will be a key operational one in aligning engineering activities with service priorities, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and team cohesion. Requirements Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily workflow of the NOC, ensuring 24/7 coverage through structured shift planning and resource allocation.
