SOC Specialist

Job Summary: The SOC Specialist, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, is responsible for onboarding newcomers to the SOC Team. What You Will Do: The role contributes to reviewing and fine-tuning technical customer reports, and contributing to the development and continuous improvement of SOC runbooks, procedures, and use cases. Reporting to the SOC Manager. Requirements Job Responsibilities Perform training and development sessions for newcomers and SOC team members. Engage in the creation and review process of technical customer weekly and monthly reports.
