We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Lifecycle Marketing to drive member engagement from the moment someone starts enrollment through their ongoing use of the benefit. In this role, you’ll own the campaigns and programs that convert interest into enrollment, guide new members through activation, and sustain engagement over time. You’ll combine data, empathy, and creative storytelling to design multi-channel experiences that help members understand, trust, and use their benefit.
