About the Job As a key growth accelerator, A11 partners with Europe’s most ambitious startups and scaleups, corporates and SMBs to connect them with top-tier talent ready to make an impact. We’re looking for a motivated Founders Associate GTM (m/f/d) to join and build the GTM engine at our partner company. As a Founders Associate GTM, you’ll work directly with the founders to build the go-to-market engine from the ground up. From day one, you’ll be part of founder-led sales, product discovery, client expansion and the strategic decisions behind the GTM motion.
