About the Job As a key growth accelerator, A11 partners with Europe’s most ambitious startups and scaleups, corporates and SMBs to connect them with top-tier talent ready to make an impact. We're looking for a motivated Growth Associate (m/f/d) to join and build the outbound and pipeline-generation engine at one of our Ecosystem companies. In this role you'll own outbound and pipeline generation end to end, from identifying the right accounts to getting decision-makers on a call. This is not a "just set meetings" role. You'll have real ownership, and if you consistently perform, you'll earn the chance to take on more deal ownership over time, including supporting later-stage calls and moving into closing responsibilities.…
