Location: Defiance Regional Hospital Department: Cardiac Rehab Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: As ProMedica patients go through cardiac rehabilitation, the Cardiac Rehab Therapist performs prescribed therapeutic and diagnostic procedures to support the patients’ rehabilitation goals. You will participate in creating a plan of care, evaluating achievement of identified goals, recording results and communicating important information to other health care team members.
