Location: Remote - Ohio Department: ITS Provider Opex Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: As the IT Epic Analyst II, you are responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of your assigned non-clinical Epic software applications. You will work with operational teams across ProMedica and serve as a mentor for less experienced IT EMR staff. You will plan implementation and upgrade clinical systems ensuring adequate testing, quality assurance and documentation of changes. You will train IT employees and advise end-users in the operation of their information system and support the training team by keeping trainers informed of new functions and system changes.…
