Location: ProMedica Conrad Jobst Tower Department: ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: As the Clinical Pharmacist, you perform ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and must be willing to cover at any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed. In this role, you will manage referred patients’ medication therapy and communicate with patients and other pharmacists. You will contribute to the education of pharmacy residents, students and medical students as needed.
