Location: Flower Hospital Department: Psychiatric Unit Weekly Hours: 24 Status: Part time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: As a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, you will assess patient needs, skills and interests and develop Activity Therapy treatment goals. You will conduct, design, implement and adjust individualized and group programs to increase functional levels. You will assess daily patient functioning, leisure and recreational needs and complete weekly treatment notes and update treatment plans. You will provide regular reports on patient progress, change in goals and any adjustments in behavior.
