Location: ProMedica Toledo Hospital - Harris McIntosh Tower Department: Capacity Management Weekly Hours: 0 Status: Per Diem Shift: Variable (United States of America) Job Summary: * Training / Orientation will be full time hours for 3 months * As the Access and Bed Planning RN, you are a central resource within the Command Center and Capacity Management framework where you will apply clinical knowledge and critical thinking to coordinate patient flow across ProMedica. You will manage emergency and non-emergency transfers, real-time bed planning and systemwide capacity optimization. You collaborate with house supervisors, EVS, facilities management and clinical leaders while you facilitate safe and efficient admissions.…
