About this role
Reports To Director of Clinical Services and Campus/District Special Education Administration.
Primary Purpose Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations in both English and Spanish to determine eligibility for special education services in accordance with IDEA, Texas Education Code, and district policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure linguistically and culturally appropriate practices that support student success and legal compliance.
Qualifications Education/Certification - Master's degree in Special Education or related field - Valid Texas certification as an Educational Diagnostician - Valid Texas teaching certificate preferred - Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required - Must meet all TEA requirements for serving as a Diagnostician.…
